Careers

We are always looking for great talent!

All of our wins and successes can be traced back to hiring very talented individuals whom are deeply curious and have the drive to do a job well. It is all about talent.

Graphic Artist

On the hunt for extremely talented Graphic Artists with a wide variety of skills.  We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Must Haves:

Rock solid skills in graphic design (of course) along with an eye for typography, colors and simplicity.

High level of understanding of web development including experience with WordPress.  Not looking for you to be a code writing developer. We have a couple of those! But you really need to know and understand this stuff because we deliver a lot of websites.

Experience designing in various media. You will be tasked with designing logos, websites, collateral, mobile ads, banner campaigns, email campaigns and more.

Expert knowledge of Adobe CC and Mac operating systems are a must.

Collaboration skills – We are all about getting the client results, not worrying about where an idea was invented. We brainstorm a lot and encourage on-going collaboration between creative and account service. It makes it fun and leads to delivering a superior product.

Curiosity – You must be the type that truly wants to understand the thinking behind the strategy . . . Be constantly learning about new advances in web, social, mobile and design . . . Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

Strategic Thinking – Creative is paramount but you must be able to think through and solve business problems.

We work on a lot of different projects at once. You need to be able to do quality work in a fast-paced environment. Though there will be “think time” and group meetings where we can brainstorm, much of the time will be spent designing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field and a minimum five (5) years experience at an ad agency where you have been executing much of the above. You don’t have to have experience in absolutely everything listed. Part of our commitment to you is to teach and share so that you grow. You will learn a lot from our staff. We have some very seasoned marketers who enjoy collaborating and working to deliver the best products possible.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, 401 (k) with year-end Safe Harbor contribution, paid vacation, Friday afternoons off during the summer, medical, dental and we will stock the pantry with pretty much any drinks or munchies you want.

Ready To Apply?

If you have the credentials and this sounds like the kind of place where you would be happy, send your resume, a link to your amazing portfolio and salary requirements to jobs@singlesourcemarketing.com with Graphic Artist in the header.

Client Marketing Manager

So, what is a Client Marketing Manager?

A Client Marketing Manager is the central point of contact between the client and Single Source. Our clients rely on us to handle their marketing needs from A-Z. They consider Single Source a very meaningful part of their marketing team and not just a vendor. With several clients, we are actually both the marketing team and agency. CMM’s do everything from interfacing with the client on a regular basis to helping develop the overall strategy to executing the supporting tactics.

The Client Marketing Manager is a different position and not for everyone. If you come from a large agency where you enjoy and welcome the segmentation of job functions, Single Source is not the place for you. And that’s ok. It doesn’t make any of us bad people. Single Source offers the right person a very horizontal exposure to the entire ad/marketing process. Some folks thrive on the variety . . . the pace . . . the impact to be made on the client’s business and our agency. Going deeper, this means you are responsible for many things like the client relationship, brand development, writing creative briefs and copy, brainstorming ideas with the creative team, conceptualizing and copywriting for websites, planning and buying media, choosing production companies for TV spots and the list goes on.

BUT, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

You will be supported by an amazing Creative Team that will take the client needs you discover and bring them to life. Our Traffic Manager is incredible at tracking all of your jobs (FYI, we use WorkZone.) and makes sure you stay on task and on time. You will have all of your creative proofed. And, you will be supported by the owners of the company, both who have deep connections and knowledge of all of our clients. This way you will be able to make a timely transition to self-sufficiency, but you will never feel left alone or without support. Quite frankly, it is a very unique model and one we are proud of.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong listening skills. You need to hear what is and what is not being said.
  • An innate sense of urgency that motivates you to lead projects to fruition.
  • You need to be truly curious about how our clients’ businesses operate.
  • Confidence, passion and belief in what you do and recommend.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Great communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid knowledge of all forms of media and digital best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Who are our clients? The Single Source site will give you a good snapshot. We are fortunate to have a wide variety of clients in a number of different industries. Single Source has a strong reputation and track record in the food industry (Broker, CPG and QSR) and financial world, but we also work with a number of other industries. We really like and appreciate our clients. That is important to us.
